Cookie Policy
This site runs on a deliberately small number of cookies. Optional ones are only set after you press Accept.
Last updated: August 1, 2026 · This document applies to https://chat.tvmarinternet.com/ and to services provided by TVMar Internet.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site remember a preference between visits, such as the fact that you have already dismissed a notice. Similar technologies include local storage, which we use for your cookie choice, and pixel tags, which we do not use at all.
2. Cookies used on this website
Strictly necessary. These make the site function and cannot be switched off. They store your cookie preference and protect our forms from abuse. They set no identifier that can be used to track you across other websites.
Analytics (optional). If you press “Accept all”, we may set a first-party analytics cookie that records which pages are visited and for how long, in aggregate. We use this only to decide which guides to write next. IP addresses are truncated and analytics data is retained for no more than 14 months.
Advertising measurement (optional). If we run a search advertising campaign, an advertising measurement cookie may be set after you accept, so that we can tell how many enquiries a campaign produced. It records a conversion event, not your browsing history across the wider web.
What we never use. We do not use social-media tracking pixels, cross-site behavioural advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or any technology that sells or shares your data with data brokers.
3. Your choices
When you first arrive, a banner offers “Accept all” and “Necessary only”. Your choice is stored in your browser and remembered on later visits. You can change your mind at any time by selecting Cookie settings in the footer of any page.
You can also control cookies in your browser. Every major browser lets you view and delete existing cookies and block new ones; look under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the site to behave unexpectedly.
4. Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an instruction to keep optional cookies switched off, regardless of what the banner shows.
5. Third-party content
This website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That request reveals your IP address to Google in order to deliver the font files; no cookie is set by that request. We do not embed third-party video players, chat widgets, comment systems or social feeds on these pages.
6. Updates
If we add or remove a cookie, this page is updated and the “last updated” date changes. Where a new optional cookie is introduced, the consent banner will reappear so you can make a fresh choice.
